What is RA?

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is an auto-immune condition which involves the synovial fluid joints of the body.  It can also involve the lung, heart, eye and other tissues of the body.

How can I treat RA naturally?

Before a treatment plan can be put in place, we first have to determine current status of health of the body with a full medical history, labs, and physical exam.  Then Dr. Wells will work with you and find the underlying cause(s) of the bodies dis-ease.  The underlying cause(s) can include  poor diet, nutrient deficiencies, hormone deficiencies, heavy metal toxins, environmental toxins, mental emotional stress, food allergies. Every patient is different and unique.  Dr. Wells has expertise in treating the patient holistically.

Many times chronic infections underly the process of RA, in this case IV therapy will be recommended specifically tailored to the patient.

The body is wise and trying to convey to you, using the language of “symptoms”, that something you are doing is not agreeing with it.  Dr. Wells will help figure out what your body is saying and correct the problems.

How long before I notice results?

For some the best we can do is slow the progression, with others, we can stop the progression by lowering the inflammation in the body dramatically.  Again, the process is an individual one, so results vary with each patient.

Dr. Wendy Wells treats the person, not the disease.  Everyone labeled with a disease has their own unique symptom picture and will be treated individually from a holistic vantage point.  She loves to serve the Phoenix, Scottsdale community and surrounding areas and wants to see all of us improve our quality of life by bettering our health.
